Help! She is plugged with an egg, well maybe.

My BR hen that I got in a group of 5 on Craigslist a few days ago seems to be plugged with one of her own eggs. She is about 2-3 years old. I saw her butt today and below it, there is a bulging spot. Could this be from an egg? I havent gotten any eggs from the five so far.

I di a search but I cant find any remedies. I have looked at over 10 posts about egg bound so far.

I have also hear that rubbing a little KY around the vent is helpful. We had one that was egg bound and by the time I got the info, she layed 2 eggs at once.
