I have searched and all I see is the info for chicks. Here is the specifics:
RIR Pullet
Approximately 13 weeks old
Chick Starter fed free choice/ Occasional Scratch (1 cup a day for 9 chickens)/ Free Range 1-2 hours a day in an enclosed grass yard
Coop with pine shavings/ Run with dirt, pine shavings, sand
Water with ACV
We spend a lot of time with our chickens and this seems to be a problem that we noticed happened all of a sudden.....although it could have been gradual as she is not one that likes to be handled. The S curve is very pronounced making her walk like Igor (this is the part that was so sudden as yesterday she was fine!). She can stretch it out to eat and drink. Her activity level is fine. She is out with all the other chickens and gets around fine.
Can chickens this age get wry neck?
What should I do for her?
Thanks!
