This is an original painting from a series called "Splash & Splatter" that I've been painting of Splash Silkies. The background is hand splattered (you don't want to see my wall lol). I painted this particular piece based on my Splash pullet, "Dot Matrix" who often looks startled as if I've caught her at a keg party.
