Vent pecked away, will she be able to heal this?

The problem with pecking hens is that it is contagious. When one does it, usually the others follow. So if I were you, I would figure out who is the "pecker" and separate them for about 2 weeks. Sometimes this lowers the aggressor down a few notches and changes the pecking order. Hopefully without the aggressive hen around, the others will not peck at anybody. If after 2 weeks this bird is still aggressive, I would consider rehoming it. No one needs a mean chicken, picking on the others.

I would give her a chance, they can heal up nicely from even a bad wound
