Every afternoon I would take my little purple cat carrier and call him. As soon as I put it down, he would waddle on in, trusting me.

Often he would fly off in a little circle and return to my side. At least 3 times in his life he flew too far and had to be brought back by search party. He had learned to come to my voice

Every morning I would let Wist and Varia out of the laundry and he would fly from the door to the pen - I left him enough wing to fly so he could keep himself safe.....It didnt help in the end

With Stormy. I tried for a few nights to make them mates and intended to pen them together this spring. After a couple of nights of complaints I switched Stormy to Varia. He was so happy.

Oh my.. you have lovely ducks and they are all so healthy and beautiful! That little Wist is awesome. That would be your daughter? She must love the ducks and cat. so wonderful to see children around animals.
I really love the kittens with that duck. So cute !

Yes thats my son and daughter. Its funny, the cat pics were taken just after we rescued Zen in 2008, and Zen is my daughters cat now! I took pics today of the chickens sleeping on top of the dog...He certainly has improved.
