that bator looks big. you might find it helps to seal the holes on the lid with some tub or window caulk. perhaps they are t allow the lid to open and the wires to slide through?? perhaps then run these through the sides so they are static and can be sealed.
It is a regular size styrofoam cooler. The temperature and humidity stays right on. I just cover the holes with sponges if I need to. It has a wafer thermostat. I have thermometer/hygrometers in each end to check the temperature and humidity.
