Added a clean out underneath the nesting boxes. Cleaned interior out again. Waiting for weather to get over 50 degrees so I can apply the 5 gal of Black Jack to the floor and 1 foot up on the walls. After that mess in December with the roof blowing off I need to protect the floor as mush as I can. It literally rained and snowed inside, soaking the bedding, everything for over a month. If I wasn't the man I am I would've cried.
Ok, so after the roof blew off I moved the chicks and rabbits to the barn. I also unhooked everything. Even the water heater I had installed... Pipe busted, all 50 gallons or so leaked into the coop. Talk about luck! Lessons are being learned here...trust me.
New clean out I cut out underneath nesting boxes. One on each side now. PVC water line for right now goes right through the middle of it.
The bottom side of my roof that blew off. No high winds, roof had been on the building for years. **** thing blew completely off. I came out in the morning and I felt like the chickens were just looking at me, like WTH happened man! Good thing I was going to replace it anyhow.

Current progress. Roof is on, no leaks. Yayy!!! Like I said before, I am no carpenter. Just the basic knowledge of how things work. Cut the 8' long roost in half, installed two 4' roost over top of poop boards. Booth roosts are on hinges and lift up and secured to rafters. Poop boards are on hinges as well. In theory when I clean the coop out in its entirety everything should for the most part be out of the way.
Roof blew off back in mid December. Had to relocate the chicks and rabbits to the barn. Had been to cold to do anything. All my hard work getting ruined in the bad weather. Very depressing. Putting on the new roof now. First time for everything. Doing best I can.
Cold December night. Had a heat lamp for a bit keeping bantams warm. Zero degrees outside....
