I saw a beautiful chicken ark online that I had to have for my hens. When I saw the pricetag was $400+ , plus shipping I decided to build it for myself. It was about $80 worth of materials and 8 constantly interupted hours, but I think it turned out great. I've since added a few things as I learn what my girls like or not.
