#3 stuck...I left the bottom part of the egg on the chick because of the umbilical cord. I wanted that to come off naturally.

#3 chick was completely wrapped by the inner-membrane- very dry. The humidity and the temps were completely normal- right on key, so not sure why this particular issue happened. The yolk and blood vessels were completely absorbed, so helping was a little easier . I did not have to worry about "tearing" something.

#1 & #2...rocks were added to water cups, shortly after, cups were removed completely, because the chicks were constantly bumping into them.

First Hatch!!

This is my first time hatching eggs. The incubator was given to me as well as the eggs. I have started with six eggs and three have hatched. The eggs are Black Copper Marans.
