I tried to use material jsut taking up space so not to buy material and keep cost low.
I used a 12 volt computer fan and an 8 volt power adapter to have the fan run at a medium rpm. A 12volt was too fast and a 5volt was just slightly too slow. I have 3-5 fresh air holes behind the fan
The digital temp controller is a nice, inexpensive thermostat.
I made a shield for the two 150 watt A21 lamps to deflect the heat from the floor particularly after the chicks hatch and be subject to the heat output in that section.
The measurements are 28 x 20 x 18 ... 5.8 cu ft
