Louie is my 20 week old Buff Orpington + Rhode Island Red cross.
He's just started crowing and has chosen a girlfriend, an "older womhen",
that looks exactly like his mother. The other "chick" in the pictures, Lily, is
15 weeks old and has the same daddy. He can be seen in the "My Babies"
folder. I'm not sure who her mama is... could be RIR, could be one of my
"rescues" that I was told are "Hylines". They're buff and white colored.
Lily has SOME barring, but I have failed to find any barring on ANY of the
hens. Out of about 30 eggs that my hens were sitting on, we got 3 babies.
Louie, Lily and Connie-Cotton, who disappeared. :(
