Believe it or not, this old coop has a cement floor. I thought it was dirt. I'll use the deep litter method. A thorough cleaning is yet to come. I won't use bleach, but will use a vinegar solution
Another view inside of the fence at the stalks that surrounded the coop. They weren't too hard to get out, just took time. I'll have to make another round with the shovel and get what I didn't get this time

The old nesting box is falling apart. I may be able to salvage some of it, but I'll have to reinforce with wood and cut out some of the rusted through parts.
Front of the coop before I chopped down all the stalk type weeds. That was fun. Unfortunately there is no grass inside the fence
Inside of the coop before I removed all the old bedding. The previous owner had quite the elaborate automatic watering system setup. Not sure if I'll use it.
