Cavity open. Large ball that's covered in fat deposits is the Gizzard. They are HUGE Pink is the Duodenum and pancreas

Pink duodenum is supplied first from the Gizzard. The pancreas that's down the centre secretes enzymes to help digestion

Crop pulled out slightly. You can see where the paler connecting tube goes through into the body cavity. This connects to the Proventricular. I removed the crop so that I could then open the body cavity
