Need to mend and loosen soil more, especially where these and potatoes are planted. May move em to bottom of garden. All sand washing that way. Yes, am trying to terrace as I landscape..... Little at a time.
Some carrots and onions made it from last year's crop.
Asparagus at end of stick. Have 2 still in pots from mom (miracle they made it this long). Going to get those planted today along with others I planted last year.

Fruit trees blooming out. Have 12 in ground. 2 Galactica peach, 2 red plum, 2 nectarine, 2 golden apple, 1 orange, 2 fig and 1 plum tree from my mom's place. Hope to get 6-8 Georgia peach and 2 apricot in the ground this year. And start on entering pecan trees by winter. Whewee!!
2016 garden burn off. Yep, I am a little behind on everything... Should have done this a month ago and got started on garden then. Oh well, no set schedule here on Redhill. Best of wishes to all the gardener's out there this year!
My older sister and brother in law (Allcorn) have started getting their garden in already. They do the raised bed gardening. Boy, am I feeling behind.
