Yikes! Can you post a picture of your drainage holes in the bins? Also, do you have your bins slanted down on one end (the end with drainage holes) to ensure adequate drainage? I have never seen mold like that in my barley seeds.
Also, have you tried a capful of bleach when soaking the seeds. That is supposed to kill off the mold spores before they start to grow.

I haven't done bleach. I have no holes as i don't have the drip tray space or time to set it up until March but have them tilted to one side. And drain off excess which I failed to do once with this result.
