I haven't experienced botulism. In your video, which I am viewing on a mobile phone, I think I can see your duck bobbing her head up and down. Is that what you are asking about? I really can't say.
I do think you are doing well keeping her hydrated. I would add sufkgar and electrolytes rather than just saline now to give her som calories. Can you buy pediatric oral rehydration solution either as sachets to dissolve in water or ready msde up solution in litre bottles? That is what I use for sick ducks that are not eating. In the USA, we can get sachets of vitamins and other minerals for poultry . Our brand is Poultey cell by Rooster Booster.

Hello yes I have put another video up and she was bobbing her head up and forward and sounds like it's breathing is not the best but she's stopped the bobbing after cleaning her vent but stil opening mouth every second or so for a breath. I am going to take her to the vets again today to get them to check her out I will pay if I have to even though they are wild ducks and okay thanks for that I will look into finding that stuff so I can buy it I will try to find big bottles already made because I will probably find more sick ducks around to take care of.
I would give a bit of oil (olive, vegetable, whatever you have) in her beak with a syringe and massage her crop. Have had this with a lot of chickens and feel like the crop massage helps more than anything.

Okay cool thank you I'll try it on the other duck as I have just found another and caring for it, duck in video is not doing this anymore I think it's breathing issues due to the botulism she's doing much better now still not there but getting better.
