In the Bolivar Missouri park they have a small flock of peacocks that roam. A couple of times when I was at my neurologist peacocks came by to peer in the windows.

They are great guardians and eat snakes and mice a definite must have on a farm imo

I only have 1 1/2 acre....I wish I had more area. We're in a tiny town with no leash law and too many dogs. I couldn't let them roam. We enjoy the park birds though. They have geese and ducks too. We'll feed them chopped veg and cracked corn and try to educate kids that bread is not good for them.

Yeah not ideal definitely need space for them and dogs will chase them and they will fly away if they manage to escape. When I had Percy I lived in a big farm and boarded horses 128 acres so I had 100’s of chickens, ornamental pheasants, turkeys, multiple kinds of geese & ducks, peacocks, Guineas boarded about 25 horses I was in heaven! Had 1 lake with floating dock, and 4 ponds all stocked for fishing. I miss it so much but had to make huge changes after a horse accident. Nonetheless I have some amazing memories from my years there!
