We bought this RIR without seeing him. OMG!! he weighed like 10 pounds when we opened the box to let him out. 3x the size of our banty roo. Was an exciting fight.

We started out with two small coops together on the ground. My husband and son built a bigger hen house to make it easier for me to clean and to give 'my girls' more room, and get them off the ground. Now we have the small coops separated so when we have new arrivals, they can be quarantined. I think they love it as much as I do!
