Is that PVC or metal conduit? I am ready to build my next coop, and I am not sure if I want to go with a hoop or ark, but I think I want two full stories, so I have enough indoor and outdoor space for about 5 chickens. This would be their full time digs.
That is Electrical PVC. It is UV rated for sun resistance and is slightly cheaper.
It would be pretty easy to add a sub-floor to split the 2 levels though for 5 chickens you would want to allow them more run space. My tractor was 8x3=24sf ok for living space for 4-6 but run space they really need 10+ sf per hen.
