Wound up with 4 Roosters from my daughters classroom chicken hatching project. Lol she did hatch 18 out of 24 which from everything I read was a good hatch rate. Her assistant took the other 14. Only 3 hens out of 18. Thankfully the breeder was local and did not mind taking the Roosters back. I kept one he was my favorite, the brown one, who I named Root, lol not very creative but it stuck. Also bought 6 hens from him and will be posting picks of my mixed beautiful girls. Needless to say Root is a very happy man.
