Digging a trench and burying wire mesh.We are lucky enough to be essentially predator free in NZ. In the suburbs any way.the only thing I worry about is Mr Rat! We live near to reclaimed sports grounds with drainage ditches running alongside as well as mangroves.Both ideal places for rats to make a home.
