Door is on. The run is coming together! We built the walls in 6x6ft and 6x6ft panels for our 15x15ft run so it'd be easy to repair / replace a part if we ever needed to.

Front of the run (before door). We had a lot of rocks and a pile of chipped granite on the property so I utilized them here. The rocks were placed on the outer border of the 2ft hardware cloth skirt around the run. They will also serve as the border for a flower bed to add some color and charm to the area. The granite pieces were placed as stepping stones to the run door, but they are a bit slippery in the rain. I'm undecided right now if they will stay.
Roof panels are on! It was just pure luck that it turned out so perfectly level :)
The one thing I wanted when we started this project was a "barn x" on the coop door. Luckily my stepdad has amazing carpentry skills and a lot of patience :)
