February 2015 Ice on the main coop
February 2015. For split level coop used to be the children's play structure. We closed in the sides, added a roof, ans used plywood over the floors inside. We installed a salvaged window for light and made rhe ends open up with doors for easy cleaning. The red door pictured allows access to the hen boxes for egg retrivial.
February 2015. Our newest coop. We converted the old pumphouse and an unused dog kennel for a quick and inexpensive addition to the chicken community developing in our backyard.
