First attempt at a chicken coop

Great job! If you have extra wood, doing some angled perches on the upper area of the run that they can fly up to is always nice for them!

@Gardening&Feathers that's a great idea. i'm new to this so you mean actually mounting the perch on an angle?

@Jeffgartman Yup! You can do a 2x4 wood angled or just straight across the short section of your run at different heights that won't bother you too much while cleaning, or you could get dowels and do kind of what this company sells (only for much less expensive) and use closet rod hangers and attach the dowel to your supports. I wouldn't suggest attaching anything to the fence its self. Chickens like to be up high - it feels safe to them, so could even put an old wood ladder in there and lean it up against the coop so they can go up and sit. Love the color and the door though! Very fancy
