Mutative Shadowing Ash-Red Dilute phenotype, or Shadowing-Yellow bred by Manny Arquette 2011. The globally unique dilute color variety of Ash-Red exhibits a high degree of melanistic expression to the shield demonstrating the Dominant modifying affect of the Shadowing trait upon the Ash-Red variety. I discovered and named the Shadowing Genetic Modifying Trait in 2011.
A Blanched-Ash-Red Dilute Phenotype. It was established this mutative color of Ash-Red Dilution was not of a Faded modifying trait, nor Clouded and after some deliberation it was decided the color variety be thus classified - A Blanched Ash-Red Dilute, or Blanched Yellow. A globally unique mutative Faded Charcoal-Face Dark-Phase Ash-Red Dilute hen with white flights split for Platinum, or Charcoal-Face Dark-Phase Yellow phenotype. The Charcoal-Face genetic trait was first realized within a year of research and intensive cross breeding with other color varieties towards development is responsible for many of the unique modifying traits to have been expressed over the years. For example: The Black-Ash variety, Charcoal-Head Spread-Ash, Shadowing Ash-Red Dilute and Charcoal-Head Barless Mealy.
