Here you can see the paddle`s under the feet.
My Husband named this chick because when it was hatched it`s feet were all crooked, so the crazy chicken lover that i am, and alittle of the nurse in me came up with a paddle looking thing and stuck it to the bottom of the chicks feet once i got them spred. So he started saying they looked like snowshoes....so that`s were the name came from.
This is Hope and our newcomer.....Snowshoe! born(nov.15, 2012) HOPE your getting so big! My little teenager.
