I added water, per the instructions, to the outer ring only.
Temperature at plug-in. Time: 9:59am. HTR is the percentage at which the motor/fan are running. Currently this is at 100% capacity because it is trying to bring the temperature up.
You can see that if you keep adding water it will just spill over into the next inner ring.

The white plastic piece goes on top of the rod sticking out of the motor. Then the metal arm (in the baggy) goes over that. Then the pin gets reattached.
