I started painting & we put the floor of the henhouse down using 1/2" plywood raised 2 feet off the ground.
My husband working on the 4 nest boxes (14x14x16) with my father-in-law helping out.
We used gravel to level the ground then sand over that for easy clean-up.
We started putting 1/2"x1/2" hardware cloth in the run.

Here's the dearest husband who worked before & after going to the office to make our very first coop.
4x4 posts for the all-in-one run & coop. We designed a 6x12 henhouse & a 6x12 run attached to it.
Put 1/2x1/2 hardware cloth on the ground to keep predators out. Hollow blocks then placed 2x6 wood for the foundation.
