I used a closed cell foam to insulate the floor of the coop. Due to the fact its about 2 feet off the ground. Compared to being about a half foot high on the other side.
Used wolmanied 3/4 inch plywood for the floor.
I bought the foam at lowes.

Used 2x6's every 12 inches for stability.
Place the 2x6's 1 and 1/2 inches above the top of the 4x4 so well it settles it doesnt bow the floor.
