I whitewashed the interior (hydrated/masonry lime, water and salt) and filled the poo box with sand for easy scooping. I use the chipper to chip up any fallen branches in the yard, and put that in the bottom of the coop.
They love jumping up to get the blackberries and wineberries off the bushes behind the coop. And (thank goodness) they love their chicken swing!

4 nesting boxes, and two windows that click secure at fully open and half way open.
4ft by 4ft coop, 12ft by 4ft run (including space under the coop).
