Oh goodness I had such a chuckle as I've never seen this breed up close--i zoomed into your profile pic at first and couldn't figure out what I was looking at so I creeped into your profile pics--how adorable your breed is! I've become obsessed with learning all about chickens-- especially since quarantine started happy belated bday btw!
No, I adopted our family (of 6) 5 farm store (all different breeds) chicks last June--first time owners. One chick turned out to be a rooster. I rehomed him 2 weekends ago. Right when quarantine started, I thought to try to incubate a variety of our hens' eggs. 4 batches later, as of today our last egg hatched. We're so excited. The dad is an Amerucauana, the hens are Bhrama, Red/Gold Sex Link, Black Sex Link. So mute we're trying to wing and feather sex, track each's growth and guess what they'll look like when they're mature. First 2 batches (7 total) all grew till days 18-21 then died all 8 in batch 3 hatched and only 1 of 5 in batch 4, today. I've been learning more and more each try

Oh wow I'll keep my eyes on your egg and chicken photos! I made sure to pick out the Americauana chick so we could get blue/green eggs. That chick turned into the boy--ahhhhh so we're also excited now too see what any of his hen offspring produce. Do you only have the one breed? How'd you get into the naked necks?
