Installing a new nest box outside of the coop. I wish I'd cut the holes in the siding before I attached the box!! I had to cut them from the inside with a jigsaw and it was a PITA

Found this cast iron rooster on our property after we moved in. Must have been destined for chickens!
We left the right side wall of the coop open for a while because we want to double the length of the run but winter caught us and we ended up building doors on the end to close it off for now.
