Interior roost. I put thin Melanine on the floor, hoping it would make the cleanup easier, it didnt... The BO's were using the roost here until I integrated the 2nd flock of birds. Now they all roost on the upper shelving - whoever gets the highest roost wins I guess...
Man Doors - arguably the biggest mistake was situating the covered porch under the eves of the coop, which prevents the doors from opening fully. Putting the porch roof above the coop roof would have required a gutter under the coop roof, which would have prevented the door from opening at all. This kit shed was not designed for a gutter... next time I'll do better.
