Lady, our Silver-Laced Wyandotte, at 1 week, 2 days old. --> She's an attention-seeker! She's neck + neck fighting for rule of the hen house with Leven (her older sister). Lady is very friendly and fights to be the first to roost on your arm. Whenever we have her out, she waddles her feathers into the towel and will fall asleep on her side with one foot all crannied up. Her personality is BIG, and I think she will grow into that just fine!
Froozy at 2 weeks, 4 days old. She (maybe he!) is quite attached to Daddy and enjoys one-on-one time where she's cradled on your chest and petted to sleep. Froozy has been the slowest to watch grow, but it seems that she's developed wing feathers overnight and is getting her tail-feathers, too. She's still the most vocal of the bunch, but if we take her out, her friend Leven calls to her -- at least we know she's loved!
Leven at 2 weeks, 4 days old. She already has full wings and has little bald spot on her neck. She has plenty of down coming in around her breast. Leven is growing so fast!

Froozy at 2 weeks, 1 day. --> They are LOVING their time out of the brooder to play and explore (and poop)! It's a great time for our two cats to learn what "reservation" means. ; )

Chicken Consuela, our Buff Orpington, at 1 week, 2 days old. --> She's by far the friendliest. She loves to roost on your arm, and she's not afraid of anything. Consuela sleeps wherever and however she can -- with her head on the feeder, her leg out, behind the roost, with her head on her sisters. She's such a funny girl!
