Last 2 batches of hatchlings add up to six pack. All look OK so far. Changed out 40 watt bulb to 60 for heat through cold spell. Hoping it comes up by evening in mom's freezer.
Roos are courting their ladies. My roos have a very high fertility rate. Much better than my incubating and hatching ratios. But I am going to change that!!
Everybody here happy the sun came out.
Stopped gathering eggs when I signed up on site. Think I have 2 hens that are being broody. One just jumped off when I put out feed. Have put up heat lights and hung a sheet to block wind in nesting area.

Sending 2nd live chick to nursery with others. This 1 was out of egg this morning all by itself. The day is looking up.
Brought in toddlers from freezer staging area. Couple of them have been showing symptoms. Only been doctoring them with Terra-Vet 10. Now they get addtl VetRX. Hoping for the best...
Moved new infant to moms freezer.
