later on, we decided the run was too small for my our 9 hens so we added a 40 x 12 to the original one and cut an opening so now they have access to the whole new run. We also built 2 dirt boxes because we thought they would fight less, however being as sweet and lovely chickens they are, they still fight for the boxes because they all want to be in the same one while the other is empty.

we also included a time out cage that will also serve as a mini run for the new chicks we will eventually get
