Inside the coop, 3 roosts and 5 nesting boxes. in the process of cleaning in these pictures, cedar chip shavings are always on the floor for our cornish rock rooster who cannot jump to roost.
The Hen house, a John Deere shipping crate, really heavy duty. we just cut holes for a folding door/ramp combo, nesting boxes to join with it, and a lot of vents.
Momma, the cornish rock, looking into her nesting boxes/roost, she flips when we clean the hen house. we try to do it when she is on the other side of the yard, but she spotted me and ran over.
