Materials needed: 1- 4" PVC (DWV) sanitary tee, a length of 4" DWV (whatever length you desire, 2- 4" DWV Flat end caps, 1- Clean-out fitting with cap, 1- toilet fill valve. 1. Drill a 1" hole in one of the end caps. Center of hole is 1" from edge of cap.

5. Mark out for your cut-out. (about 1/3 of the circumference of the pipe) leaving 2 or 3 inches on each end intact.
3. Glue end cap with 1" hole on bottom of tee with the hole opposite the of the sweep side of tee.
2. Glue clean-out fitting top of tee.
