Mrs. Mallard is back! And she brought her six babies with her.

It has been a while since we saw Mrs. Mallard, in April and May she and her husband were regular guests at the duck's lunch- and dinner-table, then in late May, she would only show up alone and for a hasty meal. - We assumed she was sitting on eggs somewhere. During the last week she didn't show up at all, so the assumption was that her ducklings had hatched and need some time before they were able for the trip to our farm. Then all of the sudden she and six beautiful babies showed up in the middle of a Thunderstorm.
