My girls. 10 in total. In my makeshift "larger" brooding box. It's a dog crate with cardboard around the bottom to keep shavings inside and mesh wire around the outside to keep kitties from "reaching" in.
Hard to believe that this was just 1 month ago! They were so tiny when they first came home!
Branches from the yard were added so that they could start to roost. Roosts in the outside coop will be larger to protect their feet from frostbite.
