Feathers on back removed, I wanted to see the hip joints, as left leg lameness was an issue
Black bubbly stuff = ovary.
Ovary. Sits in the upper chest behind the heart. The numerous black bubbles are eggs. They have white fluid in them.

Red stuff is lung tissue The dark red tissue at the bottom of photo is the kidney tissue
