15x15' Run with the walls up.
Chateau Le Chick until the coop is done. We have a 4x3ft chicken wire brooder that held all 12 chicks until they were 3 weeks old and the bigger chicks started pecking the smaller ones like crazy. So the biggest 4 live in the brooder for right now and the smaller 8 share the cardboard box city :) Since separating them all, the pecking has stopped completely.

This makes me happier than it should...finally feels like a coop!
We acquired free used privacy fence panels from a local lumber yard. I decided they would make great siding. What I didn't know was how much work it would be to cut each board down to size and nail up each individual piece to the coop. Now I know why people just spend the money and buy the 8x4ft sheets with the paneling already notched in the wood :) In any case, I love the way it turned out!
Making progress after the coop sat with just 4 walls all winter.
