it's too soon to tell breed and gender.. but it appears to be between 1-3 weeks.. and yes, it needs to be warmed 90-95 degrees for 1 week old and around 80 degrees if it's closer to 3 weeks old. Chill is usually the killing factor with chickens so please keep it warm!.. also it's hard to tell health from a still life.. and if the conditions haven't been favorable. I'd say warm it up.. keep it fed and constant water and free from stress and if it's active and quiet, then there's a good chance it's healthy.
