Proventricular on my fingers, Leads to the Gizzard.
You have to cut through the ribs to remove the breast completely. I use poultry shears for this. Ribs run around the body like human's do. From Left : Yellowy thing is the Gizzard and red shiny thing is the liver
Black bubbly blobs at top are ovary. Liver in my fingers, Proventricular to the right of my thumb.
Inside of the Proventricular, with creamy white secretions

Proventricular. This secretes digestive juices and adds it to the food before it enters the gizzard
