These are some small seed pods, each plant will produce 150 to 250 of these. They are about like eating a snow pea/green bean for texture and for flavor they have a mild radish flavor with a bit less bite generally than the radish itself. They are quite juicy and delicious in my opinion.
@LeggyLeghorn The plants and the seed pods in the picture are "radish" plants and early radish seed pods. There are "nasturtiums" that do look almost similar and have a slightly peppery pea pod as well.
