Now our 3 RIR's can run around a little more in their big corralled area
Back view of the coop and "corral". You can see the big door for cleaning and the 2 nest boxes door and underneath is a door for the food and water.

Another of our RIR's coming out of the new coop. Love the new vents that can be closed. We have a cover over the run area for bad weather days and shade. It was 104 the day we moved them over to the new coop. There is a matching vent in the back for more ventilation.

Photo of our new chicken coop and "corral" made out of pallets, not the prettiest yet, we are still working on the outside siding but it was finished enough to move the chickens. Nest boxes are on the left and underneath is access where we will keep the water and food. There is a gate to close the run from the "corral" at night. In the back is a big door that opens wide for cleaning. We won't have to actually step into the run for anything until winter hits and we have to shut them in at night. Loving it right now :-)
