Default is that the egg will fully rotate 6 times in a 24hr period. Trn On T means that it will turn for 3 seconds at each interval. TrnFullC means that it will initiate a turn every 60 minutes. So in all, once every 60min's the turn arm will move for 3 seconds.

You can see that if you keep adding water it will just spill over into the next inner ring.
I added water, per the instructions, to the outer ring only.
