The back 20. Working on pad site today. Dozer rented.
Grading pad site. Going to put up a 40'x80' main structure with 10' wrap around porches and about a 7/12 roof pitch. It is located on a hill. Going to be a walk out with a loft. Posts for main structure going in within a month.
Stumps out.
Pushing stumps and leveling pad site. Already cleared the beginning of a road and clearing to pad site.
