Here's the roost and droppings board installed. They are completely stable and easily removed for cleaning. The droppings board still needed time weighted under the bricks to take out the bow. I attached a small 2x4 scrap to each end of a 4x1x1 piece of plywood to make tabs that fit into the preexisting shelves.
