The chicken door will face the other coop, with 8 nest boxes on the right and roosts on the left. The people door will be in the foreground. When we are done we will split the fencing and attach it to either side of the coop so that both coops will share the run.
Coop #2 is done and ready for it's inhabitants. This is the last time it will ever be this pretty! LOL
The chicks seem to enjoy their new home.

This coop will be 7' x 7' allowing up to keep up to 25 birds. More than we've ever had. I know it looks unlevel but it isn't - it's an opticall illusion due to the slope in our yard. **sigh**
The hens must be happy. Their first egg in their new home.
The piece of wood that is flipped up for ventilation has its match on the other side, where the access door for cleaning is.
